Placing an Order

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club). We also accept PayPal payments.

The security of your personally identifiable information and your credit card information is very important to us. Unfortunately, no method is 100% tamper-proof. Nonetheless, we are committed to protecting your personal information. We use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. When your credit card information is transmitted from your computer to our servers, it is encrypted through secure socket encryption (SSL). SSL is the industry standard used in e-commerce today. Behind the scenes we take strong measures to ensure that your information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.

We are located in Pennsylvania; therefore, all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses are subject to a 6% sales tax. The Pennsylvania sales tax applies to non-clothing items only and any shipping and handling fees.

Buyers residing in some states may be responsible for reporting and paying applicable sales and/or use taxes to their state.

 

Gift Orders

Sending a gift? If you are sending an order as a gift, please indicate this during checkout. If you type your message, we will include it free of charge when we ship your order. Please add GIFT MESSAGE ONLY to your cart before checking out.

Yes, we also offer presentation boxes for gifts and gift wrapping for an additional fee. In your cart, please select PRESENTATION BOX or GIFT WRAP as an add-on item before checking out. Both the presentation box and the gift wrap option include a complimentary gift message.

These are the options we offer for INTERNATIONAL shipping (sent outside the United States).  International mail USUALLY arrives in 6-10 business days, pending customs clearance.  However, we cannot guarantee this time frame.  The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes.

Domestic orders shipped via first class mail usually arrive within 3-7 business days. This does not include weekends and any processing time on our end, before we ship your order. We strive to ship all orders within 2 days of receipt. We also offer Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 business days) and Express Mail (arrives in 1 business day) shipping options.

International mail varies very widely between countries, and in some cases delays occur during the customs process. We cannot provide accurate estimates for shipping times.

For orders shipped within the United States: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment and information about tracking your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking information for orders shipped outside the United States.

 

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

If you would like to modify an order that was placed less than an hour ago please email: orders@monikabriggs.com. Please use the subject MODIFY MY ORDER and reference your order number in the body of the email. We may begin processing your order as early as an hour after receipt. Orders placed more than an hour ago cannot be modified. Alternately, use the instructions on our CONTACT US page.

If you would like to cancel an order that was placed less than an hour ago please email: orders@monikabriggs.com. Please use the subject CANCEL MY ORDER and reference your order number in the body of the email. We may begin processing your order as early as an hour after receipt. Orders placed more than an hour ago cannot be cancelled. Alternately, use the instructions on our CONTACT US page.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item, for whatever reason, please contact us via email at orders@monikabriggs.com. Please use the subject line EXCHANGE or RETURN in your subject line, and reference your order number in the body of the email. Alternately, use the Exchange or Return forms on our CONTACT US page. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or refund. Do not ship any items unless you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please ship back the items within 30 days of delivery (post mark no later than 30 days after delivery).

Please include a note with the original order number, as well as any instructions (i.e. return for full refund, exchange for different size, return for store credit). A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. In the event of an exchange, standard shipping rates will apply.

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Upon receipt back in our studio, returns may take up to two weeks to process.

If you place an order from us, we will e-mail you twice. We will send the first e-mail when the order is received, and the second when order is shipped. You may also receive additional emails in response to your inquiry or in the event of any unexpected delays.

When you receive an e-mail from us, simply follow the personalized Unsubscribe link at the bottom to manage e-mail preferences.

 

Custom Orders

At this time, we offer custom orders only on hand embroidered bodysuits and bodysuit and hat gift sets. Please email customerservice@monikabriggs.com with the subject line CUSTOM ORDER to inquire about sizes not in stock or any personalized language. Please e-mail us before placing an order.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
